This release needs to be installed on every machine running Kiincare software at your Centre. It does not require a connection to the database to complete the installation. The installer will install the full suite of Kiincare applications on the machine where it is run:

Download the installer to a location on your computer, then run the setup application, which will be called:
SetupNepean [minorReleaseNumber].exe (for example "SetupNepean 1.9.33.exe")
Follow the prompts until the installation is complete.

1. CREATE AND EDIT A PARENT
From V1.9.22 the Parents window has been moved into CCMS.
When creating a parent in CCMS, it only has Parent 1 information. You need to save the window then edit the parent to access Parent 2, Doctor details etc.
The DETAILS tab in CCMS now contains the Parent contact details, please have a look so you are familiar with it.
2. CREATE AND EDIT A CHILD
From V1.9.32 the Childrens details have been moved into CCMS.
In the PARENT’s window, after creating your parent in CCMS, there is now an ‘ADD CHILD’ button in the PARENT’S window.
After creating your child, click on the ‘blue arrow’ (next to Add Child) which will ‘jump’ you to the new child in the Childrens window.
You can update the child’s details by double clicking on the child’s name or clicking on the DETAILS tab.
Creating the child’s attendance:
This is now added through the SCHEME tab, click on the Update Schemes and Rooms button to change the child’s schemes.
Note: Some features still need to be created in Kiincare i.e. Locker Charts, Notes, transport schedule – these will be moved into CCMS in future upgrades.
3. WEEKLY DETAILS
From V1.9.36 the weekly details have been moved into CCMS.
Click on the ‘WEEKLY DETAILS’ button to manually update a child’s weekly details, double click on the week you can add additional days or absences.
To apply JFA, select the week JFA starts from, click on the ‘Copy down’ tab, tick the checkbox ‘JFA is claimed’, add the limit, apply a week ending date (if applicable), click on button ‘Copy change down the list’. This also applies to TFH, CRK and EXC circumstances.
The DETAILS tab shows Scheme type, fees, absences, room, please examine these windows.

Special update task for version 1.8.39 (or later) - removing Kiincare software
If you have not done removed Kiincare software previously, then you will need to do it with this release. It is a one-off task. Once done, it will not require doing a second time.
Versions of Kiincare software prior to 1.8.36 need to be manually removed from computers where they are installed. For detailed decription of how to do this, see this document.
