The statement allows you to bill up to 4 weeks in advance, but to achieve this you need to plan your billing cycle. If you produce statements during the weeks 22-28 June, 20-26 July or any multiple of 4 weeks generated from these dates, the statement will forecast to 4 weeks in advance. It will also show amounts forecasted at intervening weeks so the parent can choose to pay a lesser amount.
