Error when printing, error says (Crystal Reports)
Go to Kiincare's web site click on UPDATE, click on CCMS Centres Click (here). Locate Crystal Reports installer x86 (listed in the group 'Other downloads'). Click on download and RUN this installer. This should correct your printing problem.
