For those children who are enrolled as informal, their attendances are submitted across to FaCSIA but are not forwarded to the FAO.

Those children who have been enrolled as Formal, their attendance once retrieved will have an updated status of 'processed'.

Children which have been enrolled as informal, their status will continue to show as 'submitted' until the enrolment is formalised.

Whilst attendances are showing with a status of 'submitted' you are unable to allocate payments against those attendances or print outstanding fees.

Payments can be entered into Kiincare, the payment will allocate to a closing credit. Once you have formalised the enrolment, 24 hours after you will need to retrieve.

Those attendances which were previously  shown as 'submitted' will update to 'processed', you will then be able allocate any credits to  attendances or produce a fee reminder
